Certification in the subject area of 'THE ART OF NEGOTIATION' aims to develop skilled professionals and individuals who possess all the necessary knowledge and skills for the successful conduct of negotiations across various fields. Participants will deepen their understanding of negotiation as a complex decision-making game, the theories, strategies, and tactics that govern it, as well as the factors that influence it.

Upon completion of the training, learners will be able to analyze negotiating interests, distinguish between types of negotiation (distributive, integrative, lose-lose), apply negotiation strategies and techniques, manage ethical and unethical dilemmas, and utilize tools such as Game Theory and the Nash Equilibrium to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Furthermore, they will develop effective communication skills, manage conflicts, and overcome communication barriers.

The candidate obtains a Certificate of Compliance after successfully passing the final examination.

The Certificate is valid for 10 years.

The above recognition is automatically extended on a global scale, through the bilateral agreements in force between the EA and the accreditation bodies of industrially developed countries (USA, Canada, Japan, China, Australia, etc.).
